Get a Lifestyle Change
Think about your life and how much a part of it stress might be. There are definitely some careers and some habits that definitely lend themselves towards being something that can trigger anxiety attacks, and you may find that it is time to weed them out. Do you work in a high stress environment or do you feel as if you have no time to enjoy yourself? If so, now is the time to make some changes; you never know when even a small change will help.
Emotional Control
No one lies to hear the phrase “It is all in your head,” but when you are dealing with anxiety attacks, that is definitely something that you need to account for. Your emotions can set off chemical flight or fight responses in your brain and when you start feeling tense, this can be a real problem. Anxiety attacks are very much a build up of stress and a stress response is essentially a flight or fight response that has been stifled. Take some time and really consider how you can work off the stress response. You will end up feeling much more relaxed and in control of thins and it can also lead you towards feeling much calmer.
